About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate/Package Handler at its Spokane warehouse. The role supports warehouse operations by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages so they reach their next destination on time. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided. The job is temporary and seasonal, running from October 27, 2026, to January 1, 2027. Seasonal team members may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed. The position is located at 4310 S Grove Rd, Suite 200, Spokane, Washington. Pay is $18.16 per hour, with overtime eligibility under applicable law. Seven shift-day options are listed: Saturday–Wednesday, Sunday–Thursday, Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, and Friday–Tuesday. Shift times are 6:30 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. or until the end of sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” means completion of required sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management. The work is physical and performed in warehouse temperatures that may vary by season, with temperature-control capabilities potentially limited. Employees may need to work scheduled shifts, weekends or holidays when needed, and overtime when business needs require. The role is eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local regulations; Washington employees are eligible for up to 56 hours annually. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
Be able to repeatedly lift packages weighing approximately 30–50 pounds independently, participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds, and occasionally handle items up to 75 pounds as described in the posting.
Be able to stand or walk for extended periods and repeatedly bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, and perform other physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures, including hot or cold conditions.
Be able to work overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe, productive warehouse environment.
Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages for delivery.
Load trucks for deliveries.
Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
Work cooperatively with the team to complete warehouse tasks.
Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
