About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Seasonal Warehouse Associates to support warehouse operations during the holiday season. Associates contribute to a smooth-running warehouse by handling packages safely and accurately, following safety protocols, and working with a team to keep packages moving to their next destination. No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

The position is located at 13301 4 Mile Rd., Caledonia, WI 53126, and pays $18.00. Weekly pay, flexible shift options, and eligibility for overtime are offered. Available schedules include Monday–Friday, Tuesday–Saturday, Wednesday–Sunday, Thursday–Monday, Friday–Tuesday, and Saturday–Wednesday. Shift hours are 4:30 a.m.–7:30 a.m. or until the end of sort; hours may vary with business needs. The seasonal assignment is scheduled for October 27, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Seasonal employees may be considered for permanent positions after the assignment, but continued employment is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently and participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds; the posting also describes occasional lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving of items up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods and repeatedly bend, twist, reach, push, pull, squat, and perform other physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Be able to work in varying hot or cold warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.
• No previous warehouse experience is required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices while performing warehouse work.
• Unload trailers and sort packages by ZIP code.
• Move and load packages onto delivery trucks.
• Work cooperatively with the team to complete warehouse tasks.
• Keep the workspace organized.
• Help ensure packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
