About The Position

OnTrac is hiring a temporary seasonal Warehouse Associate / Package Handler in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. The role supports holiday package operations by safely unloading, sorting, moving, and loading packages, and keeping the workspace organized. The position pays $18.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a $500 seasonal bonus subject to eligibility and other terms. Overtime pay is available in accordance with applicable law, and premium pay applies to hours worked on specified holidays. The season runs from November 7, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Hours may vary based on business needs; the scheduled shift is Friday through Tuesday, 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. or until the sort is complete, including required cleanup as directed by site management. Seasonal employees may be considered for available permanent positions after the assignment ends, based on eligibility and availability; continued employment is not guaranteed. No prior warehouse experience is required, and training is provided.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Be able to repeatedly lift packages as described, and stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently throughout the shift.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep the workspace organized and ready for work.
• Help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.
