About The Position

This role is based in Santa Ana, CA; Kapolei, HI; or Tampa, FL. It is a hybrid role that requires regular in-office presence and is not fully remote. The schedule includes days, mid-shifts, and weekends. This role is all about showing up in the work and helping the team deliver strong candidate outcomes during one of the most critical hiring periods of the year. By providing clear direction, offering real-time guidance and support, and reinforcing consistent interview practices, you help ensure we’re identifying the right talent while creating a positive, welcoming experience that reflects our brand at every step. The position involves supporting a team of interviewers in a fast-paced, centralized environment, helping keep daily operations running smoothly, offering guidance and coaching, and sharing real-time insights with Talent Acquisition partners. The role also includes conducting interviews, managing a candidate pipeline, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for every candidate. You will use data and observations to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and overall candidate experience at scale.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records while following hiring guidelines and processes.
  • Comfort using Applicant Tracking Systems, interview platforms, dual monitors, and other workplace technology tools.
  • Adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Communication, collaboration, and use of office and computer systems.
  • Ability to access and review written and electronic information, and to move within the work environment and interact with workplace materials as needed to carry out job responsibilities.
  • Requires close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in recruiting, interviewing, customer service, or high-volume hiring support.
  • Experience working in a centralized, high-volume, or call-center-style environment.
  • Familiarity with seasonal or hourly hiring in retail or another fast-paced service environment.

  • Create a smooth, welcoming candidate journey that leaves every applicant with a positive impression of our brand.
  • Review priorities, align on goals, and ensure interviewers are set up for success.
  • Model strong interviewing practices and create a welcoming candidate experience through genuine hospitality, connection, and professionalism.
  • Reinforce quality standards, ensure clear next steps for candidates, and help maintain a consistent, high-quality experience across every interaction.
