About The Position

As a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Screening Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting holiday hiring by managing candidates through early stages of the hiring process in a fast-paced, centralized environment. You will review applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and help move qualified talent forward while delivering a consistent, welcoming experience rooted in genuine hospitality. Working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and team members, you will help ensure candidates are efficiently evaluated and progressed through the hiring journey with accuracy, care, and professionalism. This role helps create a smooth and efficient hiring experience by ensuring candidates are thoughtfully screened and guided through the process to meet seasonal hiring needs. By balancing speed, quality, and candidate care, you will help our teams identify strong talent quickly while delivering a positive experience that reflects our brand.

  • Comfort using Applicant Tracking Systems, interview platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Adaptability and the ability to adjust to shifting priorities during peak hiring periods.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in recruiting, screening, customer service, or high-volume hiring support.
  • Experience in a centralized or call-center-style environment.
  • Familiarity with retail or seasonal hiring.

Responsibilities

  • Review candidate applications and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and readiness for next steps.
  • Engage with candidates to gather information, answer questions, and guide them through the hiring process.
  • Accurately track candidate progress and maintain organized workflows within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Partner closely with sourcing team, interviewers, and hiring leaders to ensure alignment and efficient candidate movement.
  • Deliver a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience at every step of the process.
