As a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Operations Captain, you will play a key role in supporting your team throughout the holiday season by managing daily workloads, auditing task completion, and delivering timely, actionable feedback. You’ll assist with training and onboarding during seasonal colleagues’ ramp-up and nesting periods and provide regular updates and recaps to TA leaders to ensure visibility and alignment of team performance. In addition to supporting the team, you’ll stay actively involved in the work by screening candidates and helping ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for every candidate. You’ll use data and observations from day-to-day activity to help identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and overall candidate experience at scale. This position is based in the Santa Ana, CA location. It is a hybrid role that requires regular in-office presence and is not fully remote. The schedule includes days, mid-shifts, and weekends.
