About The Position

As a Seasonal Support team member at Guitar Center, you will serve as a store representative by greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products, and helping close sales. The role supports Guitar Center’s mission to encourage creativity and help people experience the joy of making music, while contributing to an inclusive, customer-first environment.

You will build product and sales knowledge through Guitar Center’s onboarding, certification, and continuing education programs. You will help the store stay ready for business, maintain product displays, and build customer relationships to support future service needs. The position requires a strong customer-service orientation, attention to detail, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
