About The Position

Guitar Center’s Seasonal Support serves as a customer-facing representative in the store, greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products and services, and helping close sales. The role focuses on providing a strong customer experience, developing product and sales knowledge through training, and helping keep the store ready to serve customers. The listed starting pay is $17.05 per hour, depending on background and experience; actual compensation may vary.

Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, positively, and courteously with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and follow through on work activities.
Ability to work through Guitar Center’s certification program to develop a foundational understanding of products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

Reach sales targets on services.
