About The Position

Guitar Center’s Seasonal Support serves as a customer-facing team member in the store, welcoming customers, identifying their needs, recommending suitable products, and helping close sales. The role supports the company’s mission to foster music and creativity while providing an inclusive, customer-first experience.

Successful candidates demonstrate customer focus, initiative, clear and courteous communication, and an interest in learning products and sales techniques through Guitar Center’s certification program. They assist customers throughout the sales process, support store readiness and inventory replenishment, and build customer relationships to support future service needs.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continue learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and serve customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
