About The Position

The Seasonal Support Associate role is listed under the Brand Representative (Sales Associate) position overview. Reporting to Store Leadership, the role drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and maintaining a clean, well-maintained store environment. The associate consistently achieves individual sales goals that support store goals. The associate supports guest service, store processes, loss prevention, inventory preparation, and store presentation. The position requires being at least 18 years of age and the physical ability to perform the listed tasks, including lifting and carrying 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently.
May occasionally be required to climb ladders and frequently climb and descend stairs, depending on location.
Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to service standards.
Acknowledge, interact with, and build relationships with guests to create loyalty; communicate effectively with guests and store management.
Support a positive environment of learning and trust and treat others fairly, respectfully, and without judgment.
Complete opening and closing procedures and sales associate tasks as directed by management, with a guest focus.
Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization.
Perform register transactions quickly and efficiently; process transactions accurately and handle cash and provide change without error.
Follow loss prevention practices, report potential incidents, and help protect company assets and control shortages.
Maintain a safe work environment and report potential hazards to leadership.
Participate in and assist with store inventory preparation.
Report to work as scheduled, accurately record time worked using the company time and attendance system, and remain flexible to business needs.
Assist in constructing merchandise and window displays.
Maintain a clean and presentable store environment.
Represent the brand by following appropriate dress and grooming standards.
Consistently achieve individual sales associate goals that support store goals.
