About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring an engaging seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with a dynamic store team, the associate should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods and provides basic customer service. It also helps maintain the store’s appearance through replenishment, recovery, and housekeeping, assists with bagging purchases at the register, and follows Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, programs, and management directives. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods as identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Help maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
