About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an engaging seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role supports store productivity during peak, high-volume periods and helps provide basic customer service and maintain the store's appearance. This is a part-time seasonal position at the Levi's store in Victoria Gardens, Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Requirements

• Be available to work a flexible schedule that meets store needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance in accordance with visual presentation standards through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
