About The Position

Fabletics is hiring a Seasonal Store Associate for its Woodfield Mall store in Schaumburg, Illinois. The associate helps deliver a high-quality retail shopping experience and connects customers’ online and in-store shopping journeys using retail technology. The role works with the Store Manager, other leaders, and store associates to engage customers, support store goals, and help customers find products that fit their needs and interests. The position is expected to run for 3–4 months, with the potential to extend, and reports to the Store Manager. The position is onsite and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. It involves frequent movement and standing for at least two consecutive hours, as well as occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing. Associates may unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 pounds.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivation and good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Willingness to work onsite on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.
Ability to unpack boxes weighing 10–30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling or spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.

Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience.

Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help continuously improve the business.
Work toward and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required.
