About The Position

Fabletics is hiring a part-time seasonal Store Associate for its store at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, Georgia. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality retail shopping experience and helping customers connect their online and in-store shopping journeys using technology. The associate joins a collaborative team and helps customers learn about the brand and its products while contributing to store goals. The position reports to the Store Manager and is expected to last 3–4 months, with the possibility of extension. The role is onsite and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivation and good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; the role may occasionally require stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

Represent the company’s culture and values and help customers live their passion.
Engage customers and explain product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Support customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain merchandising guidelines so the store is easy to shop and supports customers’ purchase journeys.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help improve the business.
Meet or exceed store objectives and performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 pounds.
