About The Position

The Seasonal Store Associate supports and maintains the Vera Bradley customer experience through exceptional customer service, upholding store image standards, maximizing sales, and assisting with store operational needs. The role involves engaging customers, helping them find products that meet their needs, and contributing to a positive, respectful work environment.

Associates help maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness, keep the stock room organized, and accurately process sales using the POS system. This position pays $14 per hour.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

• Ability to meet the role’s physical demands, including constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping, and reaching; and consistently lifting 10–35 lbs and occasionally lifting up to 55 lbs, with the ability to push or pull more than 55 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduation preferred.
• Prior retail experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with a retail POS system is a plus.
