About The Position

All Store Team Members help build the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. The role maximizes product inventory and supports online business operations to ensure a positive shopping experience. While positions generally focus on merchandising, team members may also be assigned sales, front-end, or other responsibilities as needed. Internally, the position is referred to as Merchandiser and reports to the store management team. This is a seasonal, short-term position lasting no longer than six months; team members may apply for a non-seasonal role.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and remain on feet for 8–10 hours a day.
Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 pounds overhead repeatedly.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One to three years of experience; one or more years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

Process freight; organize and distribute inventory; pull and stock merchandise; build displays and end caps; and place signage.
Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service by greeting customers, building relationships, and providing information about products and services.
Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
Follow applicable laws and regulations related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
