About The Position

The B-Helpful Professional is an energetic and engaged resource for customers and associates throughout the store. The role supports an easy and enjoyable shopping experience through speed, attention to detail, collaboration, and teamwork. It manages an in-store service hub and assists customers with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and booking appointments for in-store services.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods; reach, crouch, kneel, and stoop; use computers and other technology; and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or equivalent is encouraged.
