About The Position
VIVAIA is a global footwear brand focused on eco-friendly comfort and style, serving customers in more than 61 countries and regions. The company designs shoes with recycled and sustainably produced materials and operates through a direct-to-consumer model. The Seasonal Brand Advisor supports the Prince Street, SoHo location by delivering an elevated in-store experience, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations. The role brings the brand to life through meaningful client interactions, product knowledge, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. This is a seasonal, temporary, hourly, non-exempt position expected to last approximately 60 days, subject to business needs.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Reliable, collaborative, results-driven, and positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build genuine connections with customers and provide personalized product recommendations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive sales performance by meeting individual and store goals.
- Complete daily operational tasks, including replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, minimizing wait times and supporting a seamless checkout experience.
- Support store operations by following company standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
