About The Position

As a Seasonal Selling Associate, you will support the selling team and help enhance the client experience during the holiday season. You will report to a Sales Manager and contribute to exceptional customer service with a people-first mentality. The role serves clients across store entrances and departments, supports store operations and selling services, and adapts to different areas of the store based on business needs.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles, with a proven ability to sell products and services.
Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
Work in different areas of the store based on business needs.
Process point-of-sale transactions as needed.
Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with a member of the management team.
Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, as well as alterations orders and pickups, in partnership with the Operations team and Managers on Duty.
Support fitting room experiences when needed.
Look for opportunities to enhance the client experience by introducing services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, package carry-out, and delivery.
