Seasonal Selling Associate (FOH)
About The Position
As a Seasonal Selling Associate, you will support the selling team and enhance the client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will help provide exceptional customer service and may serve in different store areas based on business needs. The role includes welcoming clients, supporting transactions and pickups, coordinating with Operations and management, and introducing clients to available services. This is a seasonal position with a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The listed salary range is $17.90–$22.39; actual starting pay depends on work location, experience, and other job-related factors. Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles, with a proven ability to sell products and services.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
- Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs.
- Process Point of Sale transactions as needed.
- Handle escalated issues graciously and efficiently by connecting customers with a member of the management team.
- Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
- Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, as well as online alterations and alteration pickups, in partnership with the Operations team and Managers on duty.
- Support fitting room experiences when needed.
- Enhance the client experience by introducing services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, package carry-out, or delivery.
