About The Position

As a Seasonal Selling Associate, you will enhance the client experience by supporting the selling team during the holiday season. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will help deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations across different areas based on business needs. The role includes welcoming and assisting clients, processing transactions, responding to requests, and partnering with Operations and management to support pickups, alterations, fitting rooms, and other services.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in customer-centric role(s), with a proven ability to sell products and services.
Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
Work in different areas of the store based on business needs.
Process Point of Sale transactions as needed.
Handle escalated issues graciously and efficiently by connecting customers with a member of the management team.
Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations (online and pickups), in partnership with the Operations team and Managers on Duty.
Support fitting room experiences when needed.
Enhance the client experience by introducing services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, package carry-out, or delivery.
