About The Position

As a Seasonal Selling Associate, you will enhance the client experience by supporting the selling team during the holiday season. Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will help deliver exceptional customer service and support clients throughout the store. The position works across different store areas according to business needs and includes customer assistance, point-of-sale transactions, and coordination with store teams.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in customer-centric role(s), with a proven ability to sell products and services.
Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their service needs.
Work in different areas of the store based on business needs.
Process efficient point-of-sale transactions as needed.
Handle escalated customer issues graciously by connecting customers with a member of the management team.
Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, as well as online alterations and alteration pickups, in partnership with the Operations team and Managers on duty.
Support fitting room experiences when needed.
Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience by introducing services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, package carry-out, or delivery.
