Seasonal Sales Representative (Remote, select U.S. states)
About The Position
Storage Scholars is hiring a part-time seasonal Sales Representative to guide customers seeking student move-in, move-out, storage, and shipping services. As part of the Customer Experience Team, this role connects customers with the company’s services and helps them understand and adopt those services. The position is remote and open only to candidates who live and work in one of the specified eligible U.S. states. The role averages 15–25 hours per week, with the possibility of up to 40 hours per week during March through May. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed during the March–September peak season, is required. The preferred start date is January 25, 2027, and the tentative end date is August 1, 2027. Estimated seasonal earnings are $4,500–$10,000+, comprising base pay and per-customer commission; earnings depend on hours worked and monthly sales performance.
Requirements

- Technological savvy and ability to learn new software rapidly.
- Live and work in one of the eligible states: Alabama, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as necessary during the March–September peak season.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads from lead form submissions and incoming calls.
- Make proactive calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
- Provide service estimates by phone, SMS, and email.
- Guide customers through the online portal order flow to book moves.
- Promote additional services and upgrades, and generate referrals.
