About The Position

Vuori is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to connect with customers and communicate the brand’s values through product knowledge and an upbeat, optimistic approach. The role focuses on delivering a memorable customer experience, supporting sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and contributing to the store’s daily operations and visual presentation. The position is part-time and seasonal, running from November 16, 2026, through January 24, 2027. Candidates must be available for nights, weekends, and major winter holidays.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find requested sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Build product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion landscape and activewear.
Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
