About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori connects with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic approach. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, supporting store operations, and maintaining the store’s presentation. This is a part-time seasonal position running from November 16, 2026 through January 31, 2027. Weekend and major winter holiday availability is required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent service, greet customers in a timely and engaging manner, and assist with fitting rooms, sizes, and merchandise feedback.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment and build product knowledge in fashion and activewear.
Assist with projects and communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Keep the sales floor stocked each evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives, and keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
