About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic, engaging approach. The role focuses on delivering memorable customer service, achieving sales goals in a team-based commission environment, supporting store operations, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards. This is a part-time seasonal position running from November 16, 2026, through January 31, 2027.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Create memorable customer experiences and build lasting customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to ensure customers receive excellent service; greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable, honest feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Build product knowledge, including knowledge of the broader fashion landscape and activewear, to serve as a customer resource.
Assist with projects while keeping customer experience a priority, and communicate inventory needs.
Stock the sales floor each evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and follow cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
