About The Position

Vuori is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to connect with customers and communicate the brand’s values through product knowledge and an optimistic approach. The role focuses on creating an excellent customer experience, building customer relationships, supporting sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and contributing to store operations and visual merchandising. Associates help customers with merchandise selection and fit, maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, and collaborate with colleagues and management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve as a customer resource.
Assist with projects while prioritizing the customer experience and communicate inventory needs.
Stock the sales floor every evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Regularly clean the store, including floors and bathrooms.
Follow cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives, keeping the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns in a timely manner.
