About The Position

The Retail Sales Associate at Vuori builds connections with customers and communicates the brand’s values through product knowledge and an upbeat, optimistic approach. The role focuses on creating a memorable customer experience, achieving sales goals in a team-based commission environment, supporting store operations, and maintaining the store’s visual presentation and cleanliness. Associates greet and assist customers, provide product and fit guidance, and work with the sales team to deliver excellent service. They also support inventory management, merchandising, cash-control procedures, and other store projects while keeping customer experience a priority.

Responsibilities

Create memorable customer experiences and build lasting customer relationships.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable, honest feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge about Vuori products and the broader fashion and activewear landscape.
Assist with projects while prioritizing the customer experience and communicate inventory needs.
Stock the sales floor every evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and carry out cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and promptly communicate product concerns.
