About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by maintaining organized product flow, helping ring customer transactions as a cashier, and providing a genuine experience to each customer throughout the sales floor. The role supports customer service, teamwork, visual standards, and store operations.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.

Responsibilities

Initiate conversations with customers as they enter the store and inform them of current promotions.
Support a selling environment across the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping maintain a well-kept, clean store.
Process customer sales accurately and efficiently as a cashier.
Contribute positively, respectfully, and helpfully to the store team.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and support team needs.
Learn and adapt, remain flexible to change, and be open to trying new ways of working.
Arrive punctually and be accountable to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment.
Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support shipment processing, tagging, staging, and placement of new product.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures.
