About The Position

A Seasonal Sales Associate contributes to driving sales by maintaining organized product flow, helping to ring customer transactions as a cashier, and providing a genuine experience to each customer throughout the salesfloor. The position is located at 14500 West Colfax Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado, 80401, United States.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.

Responsibilities

Initiate conversations with customers as they enter the store and inform them of current promotions.
Support a selling environment throughout the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping maintain a well-kept, clean store.
Process customer sales accurately and efficiently as a cashier.
Contribute to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and support the needs of the team.
Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt, flexibility to change, and openness to trying new ways of doing things.
Be timely and accountable to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment.
Maintain visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support shipment processing, tagging, staging, and placement of new product.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
