About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate helps provide a signature experience for every guest visiting a LEGO® store. The role includes greeting guests, performing cash register functions, maintaining a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store, and supporting stockroom operations. Associates resolve customer issues, report challenging situations to a manager, engage with customers, use promotional materials and loyalty programs, and typically handle store operational tasks while on duty.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and provide a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging experience.
• Perform all cash register functions.
• Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays in accordance with LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate and maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards.
• Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
• Engage with customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Handle store operational tasks while on duty.
