Annapolis Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate helps provide a signature experience for every guest at the LEGO store. The role includes greeting guests, operating the cash register, engaging with customers, using promotional materials and loyalty programs, and handling store operational tasks while on duty. The associate also helps maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store, follows LEGO Brand Retail visual standards, and supports stockroom operations, including receiving merchandise and following safety regulations. Customer issues are resolved as appropriate, with challenging situations reported to a manager.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging experience.
- Perform all cash register functions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store by completing daily cleaning duties and maintaining displays.
- Learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operate and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
- Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
- Engage with customers and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Perform store operational tasks while on duty.
