About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate is the face of The North Face brand, creating memorable shopping experiences through customer engagement, product knowledge, and exceptional service. Working collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment, the associate supports sales, visual merchandising, and store operations. The role supports the store during peak season, with potential to transition to regular employment.

Associates will primarily work a 9:00 PM–1:00 AM shift, with opportunities to work daytime or standard hours as well. The position is part-time or limited time and is not eligible for all VF Corporation benefit plans; some benefits may be available. The hiring range is $15.18–$22.77 per hour, with a minimum starting rate listed above. Compensation is determined using market pay data and in compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
