About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate is the face of The North Face brand, creating memorable shopping experiences through customer engagement, product knowledge, and exceptional service. Working collaboratively with the store team, the associate supports sales, visual merchandising, and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. This role supports the store during peak season, with the potential to transition to regular employment. Associates will primarily work a 9:00 PM–1:00 AM shift, with opportunities to work daytime or standard hours as well.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued.
• Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
