About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate is the face of The North Face brand, creating memorable shopping experiences through customer engagement, product knowledge, and exceptional service. As part of a collaborative retail team, the associate contributes to store performance through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. The role supports the store during peak season, with potential to transition to regular employment.

Associates will primarily work a 9:00 PM–1:00 AM shift, with opportunities to work daytime or standard hours as well. The position involves extended periods standing and moving throughout the store, plus physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• 0–1 year of relevant experience.
