About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate represents The North Face brand and delivers personalized, customer-first service. The role creates memorable shopping experiences by engaging customers, sharing product and brand knowledge, and contributing to sales, visual merchandising, and store operations. It is suited to someone who enjoys connecting with people and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Associates primarily work the 9:00 PM–1:00 AM shift, with opportunities to work daytime or standard hours. The role supports the store during peak season, with the potential to transition to regular employment.
Requirements
- Ability to engage genuinely and comfortably with a diverse group of customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including basic retail systems and applications.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Nice To Haves
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
