About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are an Ann Taylor brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journeys with personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain a beautiful, organized sales floor with merchandise in the right place and ready for customers. You collaborate with the team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting sales-floor environment.
