About The Position

Servers at Chili's provide Guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. They learn the menu, perform opening and closing duties, collaborate with Team Members to support Guest satisfaction, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires a positive attitude, the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Prior experience is a plus, and applicants must be at least 18 years old.
