About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to provide customers with a strong shopping experience and help create and maximize sales at the store. The role is team-oriented and calls for motivated, upbeat people who enjoy customer service and want to contribute to Shoe Palace’s growth. Team members work in a lively retail environment where each day can bring different tasks and situations.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
Have open availability during weekends.
Be fun, outgoing, and willing to work hard.
Show an interest in fashion, shoes, or the latest trends.
Be self-motivated, dynamic, and an outstanding communicator.
Work well as a team member and be enthusiastic and dedicated.
