About The Position

The Sales Associate represents the Jimmy Choo brand through in-store and virtual client interactions and as a brand ambassador in the community. The role provides prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable assistance, maintains high service standards and product knowledge, and helps clients make selections and with try-ons. The associate builds and maintains client relationships through follow-up, including calls, emails, thank-you letters, and shipping merchandise to out-of-town clients. The position also supports sales goals, store operations, visual standards, inventory, and back-of-house work as needed.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent client service and maintain client relationships.
Ability to fulfill key-holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store and handling cash and financial responsibilities.
Ability to maintain product knowledge and meet sales targets.
Proficiency with register systems.
Understanding of terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories.
Ability to assist with inventory, shipping and receiving, and back-of-house tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in client interactions, both in-store and virtually, and act as a brand ambassador in the community.
Perform key-holder duties, including store opening and closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities.
Maintain product knowledge and provide prompt, attentive, knowledgeable service to clients.
Help clients select products and assist with try-ons.
Follow sales standards, cash-wrap standards, client-book management, inventory management, and customer and after-sales service practices.
Cultivate and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up, including phone calls, emails, thank-you letters, and shipping merchandise out of town.
Meet and, where possible, exceed monthly sales targets; proactively pursue opportunities to achieve financial targets and increase sales.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and directives, including attendance and timekeeping, uniform and grooming, break, locker, workplace organization, time-off request, and end-of-day procedures.
Assist with inventory and special projects, and cover back-of-house duties as needed, including inventory and shipping and receiving tasks.
Maintain visual standards and merchandise products.
Use the register system and understand terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories.
