About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing your enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. You engage customers, support sales goals, provide product knowledge and fashion advice, and help maintain a clean and welcoming store. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may involve bending, lifting, opening, and moving products or fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal style.
• Use product knowledge to help customers find items that meet their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned responsibilities, including floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
