About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate/Photographer to create enjoyable experiences on Santa photo sets. The role welcomes families, engages with children, takes photos, and provides holiday souvenirs while helping ensure a smooth photo experience. Photography experience is not required. Associates work as part of a team, provide guest service, operate sales and photography equipment, and help maintain a safe, clean environment. The role requires availability for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, including peak retail hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training meetings and required courses must be completed.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and handle cash comfortably.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available for training meetings and required courses.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience and help families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Work as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
