About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through product knowledge and personal engagement on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, you build customer trust, meet sales targets, and encourage loyalty. The role centers on customer service and selling rather than cashiering alone. You help maintain a clean, organized, inviting, and shoppable sales space. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
