About The Position

POP MART is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to support its retail team during the holiday shopping season. The associate serves as a brand ambassador, creates memorable shopping experiences, shares product and character knowledge, and helps customers discover collectibles they enjoy. The role also supports daily store operations, sales goals, merchandising, inventory accuracy, and a clean, engaging store environment.

This is a temporary seasonal position supporting increased business needs during the holiday shopping period. Employment is expected to end when the designated seasonal period concludes, though business needs may change the end date. Continued employment may be considered based on business needs, individual performance, and available positions, but is not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in creating positive shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.
• Teamwork, reliability, adaptability, and willingness to support changing business needs.
• Ability to learn product information, point-of-sale systems, and retail operating procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods, based on store scheduling needs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, or another customer-facing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture.
• Familiarity with POP MART characters, products, and the collectible toy community.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems, handling merchandise, or supporting inventory operations.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers, build genuine connections, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Share product knowledge, character stories, and enthusiasm for POP MART collectible art toys.
• Make personalized recommendations and help customers discover products.
• Support store sales goals by promoting key products, new releases, Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store that reflects POP MART's brand standards.
• Assist with merchandising, product replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
• Support inventory accuracy and follow merchandise-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Help manage customer traffic, lines, and product launches while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet daily operational needs, especially during peak holiday periods.
