About The Position

Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a seasonal, part-time Brick Specialist, providing inspirational guest experiences in an interactive and vibrant store environment. The role focuses on meaningful guest interactions, creating a signature experience for every visitor, maintaining a clean and visually stimulating store, and supporting safe and efficient stockroom operations. The position is based at the LEGO store specified in the advert. There is potential for excellent performers to move into a regular role.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Ability to process information and merchandise through a register system.
• Ability to work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Ability to access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
• Ability to perform constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Ability to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide fun, meaningful interactions that exceed expectations.
• Perform all cash register functions and maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Perform daily cleaning duties, maintain store displays, and learn and execute LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
• Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Freely access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
