About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate, also known as a Brick Specialist, works on the LEGO Brand Retail team to deliver inspirational retail experiences to LEGO fans of all ages. The role provides guest service in an interactive store environment through friendly and engaging interactions, cash register operation, store cleaning and display upkeep, and safe stockroom operations. The position is seasonal and part-time, with the potential to become a regular role for excellent performers. The hourly wage range is $18.40–$19.90.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business dictates.
• Access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
• Meet the physical requirements of constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing; close vision and depth perception; and lifting at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a signature, friendly, professional, and engaging experience.
• Perform all cash register functions and process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store environment by completing daily cleaning duties and maintaining displays according to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Assist with receiving merchandise and maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards.
• Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential merchandise shortages.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
