About The Position

As a Brick Specialist, you help create a signature experience for every guest who visits a LEGO® store. You greet guests, perform cash register functions, and maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner. You help provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store by carrying out daily cleaning duties, maintaining displays, and learning and following LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.

You assist with receiving merchandise and safely and efficiently operating the stockroom, keeping it to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, following safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortages. You resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager. The role also involves customer engagement, using promotional materials and loyalty programs, and typically taking responsibility for store operational tasks while on duty.

The hourly wage range is $19.50–$21.50. The LEGO Group says compensation considers factors including experience, skills, expertise, location, and internal equity. Final remuneration details, including benefits, are communicated with an employment offer.
