About The Position

The Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) delivers inspirational retail experiences to LEGO fans of all ages at the LEGO Brand Retail store in Castleton Mall, Indianapolis, Indiana. The role focuses on exceeding guest expectations through fun, meaningful interactions and providing a signature experience through greetings, register transactions, and a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.

The associate maintains a clean, safe, and visually stimulating store by completing daily cleaning duties and maintaining displays according to LEGO Brand Retail visual standards. The role also includes assisting with merchandise receiving, maintaining the stockroom, following safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortages. Associates help resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager, communicate effectively with team members and guests, process information and merchandise through the register system, and use promotional materials and loyalty programs.

This is a part-time position requiring availability for up to 25 hours per week across at least three days, including at least one weekend day. Scheduled hours may be fewer than 25 per week. Work may include various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business needs determine. The role requires access to all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
