About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during busy seasons by providing exceptional service to every guest. You represent the organization and its culture in a positive way, share enthusiasm for its designs and purpose-driven brand, and help make a difference in each guest’s day.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with guests and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
• Work toward goals and contribute to guest connections, brand growth, and store performance.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about products and recommend items that fit their needs and personal style.
• Adapt between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively address guest concerns to help ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with and support the team in delivering great guest experiences, including behind-the-scenes work.
