About The Position

As a part-time Seasonal Stylist, you help bring the Kendra Scott brand to life during some of the most incredible times of year. You provide WOW service to every guest by making a difference in their day. As the face of the organization, you represent its culture uniquely and positively, and connect with its inspired designs and purpose-driven brand.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and maintain a customer-centric mindset.
• Set goals and work to achieve them, building guest connections to grow the brand footprint and store performance.
• Follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
• Educate guests about product details and personal style, and suggest products that fit their needs.
• Flex between the sales floor, Colorbar, events, and operations as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns to help ensure a positive experience.
• Support the team in providing WOW experiences for guests, including behind the scenes.
